Basysprint 710 HS

Dual head Basys print UVsetter HS 710 wich used conventional plates.
The DMD is replaced with a new one (DLP XGA DMD Gen 2).
We replaced the two heads with a new one at the end of 2009 and furthe used the Setter approne year (at the beginning 2011 the mashine was stopped beqouse of purchasing the new model.The cost of 2DMD with instalation was 16 000 Euro
The mashine consist chiller unit , CTP engine,Computer controling desk with Tiff catcher ,Scaner for calibration.
It works with metalhalogen lamps that have to be changed on every 2000 hours The lams are Ushio 360-430nm Japan made and cost 300 Euro per lamp.Can be tested in production.
